  • Cancellation is effective from the date and time of receiving the written request.


2. Cancellation Charges

The cancellation charges are calculated based on the total tour cost and the number of days before your scheduled departure:

15–29 days 25% of total tour cost
8–14 days 50% of total tour cost
4–7 days 75% of total tour cost
Less than 4 days / No-show 100% of total tour cost

3. Airfare / Flight Cancellations

  • Airline cancellation fees vary by airline and ticket type.

  • Any airline penalties will be charged as per airline rules and additional to our cancellation charges.

4. Hotel & Service Cancellation

  • Hotel and service provider penalties may apply depending on each supplier’s policies.

5. Changes / Modifications

  • Date changes are treated as a cancellation of the original booking and rebooking of a new package.

  • Refund processing may take 15–30 business days depending on payment method and banking processes.


7. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to join the tour on the departure date without informing us, it will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.


8. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)

We are not responsible for cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, political unrest, pandemics, or other situations beyond our control. In such cases:

  • Refunds will be processed as per service provider rules.

  • Additional charges from suppliers are the customer’s responsibility.
